Maintenance instructions:

To properly maintain your knife, rinse it with clean water and allow it to air dry.

If a yellowish stain appears on the surface of the blade (e.g. after exposure to salt water), clean the area with a cloth and rinse immediately with clean water. Do not use sandpaper to remove stains.

After cleaning, apply a protective coating of oil to the blade to keep it in tip-top shape.
